There probably won’t be any unintended consequences like California raising minimum wage for only chain restaurant workers to $20 per hour while all others are $15. 😀

But good Northern Liberties, see all the neighborhood has to offer, especially the restaurant Honeys, which is on the block I am building on.

There is also a large restaurant company here that I have been told needs rentals for a shorter term but pays very well to house staff that they bring in from out of town to work for them during high season.

One commercial space leased to credit tenant, the second historically operated as a restaurant but is currently vacant.

Not some bot, or co host, or pm company who hasn't set foot on the property or who knows which restaurant has the coldest beer.
