Hi Ross, I have STR’s up in north myrte beach and have done well so long as the governor doesn’t lock  down the short term rentals again.I know Charleston is kind of odd in that the STR’s are only allowed in a small area.

Hello,I have read the Governor Pritzker has started an emergency rental assistance program for tenants with back rent due to job loss from COVID-19.Does anyone know where to apply and how to assist tenants so they can qualify for the program?

Further, a month later I posted about Oregon rental laws in March due to COVID and our Governor announcing an eviction freeze and someone literally stalked me from the east coast and emailed me, sent me a facebook message and threatened me and contacted my employer.

As a side note, our governor has extended our eviction moratorium until Oct 15.
