A few before and after pictures would be great, those are always inspiring. 

Might want to tone it down if you genuinely want to learn from others, unless you just think you know everything, in which case you shouldn't be posting questions or voicing frustration, as you'd have solved everything and have a well-oiled operation in place....

world - some people live genuinely in service to others and they want to help, without wanting anything in return); maybe the new investor won't know the right questions to ask or how much information they should have, or even HOW to formulate that information into a question worthy of "your" response.So, I will repeat what I said initially, in case the folks in the back didn't see it the first time:  Whether asking a question as a new investor or answering as a seasoned investor, ALWAYS lead with kindness.

Your genuine pursuit to educate investors in every BP episode is beyond commendable.

The guy was nice & seemed genuine, then he said the next step was to setup a call with his boss & they required my wife to be in attendance which I thought was strange but later I realized why as they were wanting money & trying to close the sale. 

But I do genuinely see Jerrylls heart and his spirit of giving and have chose to look past that to work w/ him to see we can grow together, serve more people, and do it in a way that we'll all be proud of in 20 years. 

Now if you happen to stick around BP for some time and post in other topics and don't mention your software, then I might actually believe that you at least being genuine and not here for the sole purpose of promoting you software.

I get incredibly inspired by the folks who accomplish more than I do in a given day.

Sam Wegert's podcast episode about Co-Living investing inspired me to setup a BP account and seek more information.After looking at my local occupancy laws in and around Nashville, I'm finding that most places are not allowing more than three unrelated occupants per house.

She appears so dang cool and friendly on the podcast, but my feelings were genuinely hurt on multiple occasions in the FB group by the coaches responses to my honest questions.
