Hi BP, would like to hear feedback from all you folks in or near the Kansas City area,Currently I'm looking for a software to help me generate leads, but there's so many of them to choose from, I don't know which is best suited for my area.

@Jason Malabute Yep - I'm currently invested with BAM in Fund #1 and Fund #3 (no money in the war-chest when #2 came around)Distributions have been consistent and reliable and Fund #1 has already generated a 2x equity multiple.

I must be doing something right because I never attempt to generate leads, and I've been 100% successful so far!

I definitely want to have that long-term mindset and buy a property/house hack that focuses on appreciation, but can also generate some positive cash-flow after I move out.

I manage a bevy of STR properties in Costa Rica and from a yield perspective, things have definitely started to return to normal as far as revenue generation goes.

(Feels that way to me) I've been really using Cl / BP and others to post ads to generate traffic to my siteTY in advance, all are welcome to respond.P.S.

I know there are a lot of very experienced investors here in the country who have been successful for a generation or so.

In a text book case you'd buy a property for half of its ARV (after repair value) and then spend 25% of ARV on rehab and generate 25% equity.
