Why don't do what the rest of us do in gateway cities and make a killing in appreciation?  

Did you ever see how they came to the conclusion pot was the gateway drug?

Saying that all screwdrivers are evil is pretty dumb.Just because some can't use debt prudently and the credit markets for housing in other countries are poor doesn't mean that it is some form of gateway drug.

From what I saw, the information was real and accurate... it wasn't a gateway to try to sell you more stuff down the road.I'll admit that I only went through part of it as the some of the initial info was how to identify houses by drive-bys. 

Anyone currently using REBO gateway? 

I believe that will be by gateway, and I'd love to get some feedback on how lucrative it can be and what types things I should be focusing on more as I start this project journey.

Most of these are in apartment complexes like around Gateway or downtown.
