I have some wish that at some point in the future, if a user points out made up data and attaches a link to a reliable source (NAR, case Shiller, neighborhoodscout, Rentometer, etc) showing the data is made up, that BP flags the post as being erroneous.

Thanks,Matt This shouldn't be an issue unless they are significantly above the "Market Rent" might get flagged, but in most situations not likely a problem as long as the leases are clear.
