They care about the occupancy and financials a lot. 4. if you are going to run a owner occupied business out of the property such as adult care facility and you are considered 51% owner occupied you can do 20% down and really good rates.

Update your website with pictures of every new home you buy, and feature testimonial quotes from the seller about how easy the process was or something like that.How about running some radio ads on the golden oldies radio stations targeting the older retiring generation looking to downsize or move into assisted living facilities?
