Because I rent 4 bedrooms house, it's more conducive to large gatherings and parties.Another issue and please tell me if this is normal that when people book for 5 people they usually have at least 10 or 15 additional guests.

I've tried the lower 6-7% PMs and usually you'll either pay mark ups on repairs (what you've noted) or pay extra fees (i.e. labor hours, extra calls) that you may or may not notice.

We have a big place so it is families and groups.I do ask guests before booking if they are celebrating any special occasions and I will add some extra things to the welcome box that fits if I can.
