It is near TPC chemical plant in Port Neches which had an explosion this morning at 1 am.My tenant reported that they are fine but 3 windows are gone and the garage door is bent.

Just a thought experiment. As the baby boomers progressively move to retirement communities and sell their SFH. And millennials continue to choose renting over owning. The immense supply of SFH should drive down price...

I assume there’s a separate llc for every so many policies so when there’s a natural gas explosion, or a death in the fire and they sue for $5million you don’t lose everything?

There's lots of buzz about the area and some new construction, but I'm not seeing the explosive growth/improvement everyone else is. 

A tenant called and stated the basement looks like there has been an explosion down there.

I much prefer to be in a position where both cash flow and equity explosions are on the table. 

In addition to being toxic, the last two listed by-products from this bleach mixture are also explosive.

I'm not talking creeping slow, but not explosively fast like we all keep hearing.
