Marco Santorelli and Norada are looking for new investors when they just suspended interest payments until further notice without any resumption date.

Although for me being one a premier client of our title company they would do date downs for me for free and also keep a running spread sheet for me.

I like the idea of pre-foreclosure especially, but have not found up to date data for that specifically.

All of the mortgage rate forecasts are probably a little dated and the next time they update the projections will go up. 

For instance, how did the due diligence "come back as clean" and the "leases were solid" if the rent was not paid up to date and paid REGULARLY?  

Also, Fixated moved my closing date a few times, but luckily I didn’t have another deal at risk.Does this sound typical?
