There was a slew of virtual assistants/ bots/ spammers creating new profile accounts and posting commercials in the forums for a guru who teaches creative financing especially subject to strategies on Friday night.

They said that per California Revenue and Taxation code, they're asking me to provide them info such as the purchase agreement, rent rolls, etc. to assist them in doing the reappraisal of my property.
