What gave you the ability to enjoy what you were doing despite the noise?

And although I enjoyed the first two days (did not have a credit score at that point so I didn't participate in that part) the last day was so annoying how much they pushed to sell.

Funny, I used to enjoy it,  but now (in Seattle) I feel its a trap waiting to happen. 

Ask them if you can speak to some of the borrowers they have lended to find out if they enjoyed working with them

If you've enjoyed a lot of appreciation in the value of your primary home, you may want to start a timer to sell before losing the "lived in the house for 2 of the last 5 years" capital gains exemption (limited; not infinite, but big).

But to sum it all up my new jersey properties where slightly out preformed by my out of state properties and it took longer for me to really be able to enjoy true cashflow from my NJ properties. 

I've enjoyed some pretty massive appreciation over the past years around here.
