HUD has a list of lenders who've closed 203k loans called the 203K endorsements list.

I've done a deal recently with Jesse Kibler as well, and second @Darin Hayes's endorsement of him.

I cannot ever endorse buying a property where someone is losing money.

Of course it would be great to have an endorsement from folks like KOA or other RV clubs but not require if you advertise.I like places like Tallahassee, Port St.
