Are there specific methods you're interested in (BRRRRs, vacation rentals, flips, etc)? 

I have used Waivo for 1-2 years and been happy with it.I think it's easiest to just get on the phone with them and let them pitch you so you can ask your questions.

Not when there are so many alternative methods of engagement towards resolve of which past clients have appreciated.

One of the methods I plan to utilize is to list the space on craigslist.

So, some food for thought.Trusts seem to be the preferred method of liability and asset protection among the wealthy.  

Often times when a builder/buyer moves too fast, or is too busy and overlooks a key piece of due diligence, the unethical ones will try the "scorched earth" method and blame everyone but themselves, even when they know it was their own mistake, and they'll see if they can scare you, the seller, the title company et al into paying damages/fixing their problem. 

Sellling you courses or charging money to join their members only group with their tried and true secret method.. the lenders, the insurers, be carful.

Your problem is probably your method of wholesaling.
