For example, if someone has 3 listings, they'll be paying around $50 each but if someone comes on with 50 they may be paying like $25 (these are not concrete numbers) they also have add ons like dynamic pricing and smart locks which are additional.

Way more.And there are also more people locked in with rates in the 3's or low 4's, that may never sell their house because they can't part with that financing.

They called me back and told me they had corrected the error and would serve another notice to the Tenant within 72 hours of the eviction (Sat morning) and it would sstill go thru at the assigned date of Tuesday.Tuesday morning 30 minutes before the eviction,  I was driving to the unit as the Sheriff had instructed me to bring a locksmith the break the lock - in case the tenant had changed them, then change the lock as soon as the Deputies had cleared the unit of people.

When you drop into the forum, your goal is to get them to contact you and use your system because you can't honestly be saying that a new wholesaler can go into the Bronx and just start locking up properties and finding buyers.
