It's been extremely underwhelming, not that costly but it's pretty bad. 

You claim it was because we took to long but as I recall the things we were going to do for you were pretty much talked about and scheduled  within the same month of you purchasing the property.

Same with Cleveland a pretty much all of the Midwest.

Often pretty quickly....see something online at 1pm and I'm meeting you there at 2pm to see if we can lock it up before someone else did. 

and that was owner occ.. todays rates are pretty normal actually. what you can do if you want though is find a really good HML and let them place a loan for you making 10 to 12% while your wait for things to change to a situation that you feel you want to move forward be more net return than buying a rental thats for sure. of course no tax bene's but there really is not that much tax benefit on one rental.. so just some alternatives. 

In Columbus, it's pretty straightforward if you want to sell a property. 

. $5,000 is still pretty cheap for land though unless the land was bought long ago.

It’s pretty common for people to buy homes even if they have other debt, like student loans, as long as their debt-to-income ratio is in a good spot.

Im open to pretty much anywhere within the Marion County area.

How many will end up buying, who knows...but these things are pretty fantastic in my opinion.
