What you've got to consider is that the mold is in one area BUT it is spitting out spores which are going airborne and traveling into a humid, food-rich environment.

I feel in complete control of the deal and outside of cataclysmic events it is a very calculated risk.With the stock market the CEO could be clueless like most are and tank the company in one fell swoop or the drones on wall street could simply shift their mutual funds away from something and then I am tanked.I know there is a lot of money to be made out there but I guess I am a control freak.

I am not saying that I agree with it, but drones are coming and we as a society will have to decide how we want to deal with them.The municipality could work with "us" as the co-owners, the older folks in the community can gain respect and acknowledgement (because they see that if they might fall on hard times, someone might come with creative solutions), the bank might be persuaded to do the right thing or the next best right thing (banks owe us a great deal, particularly with the too big to fail fiasco), the college student gains experience for real world problems (this should help when looking for a job), and the heirs of the widow can be taken care of (this is important because children have memories and pass the stories down to their children).

The constant drone of the worry-wart lawyers is that, you're going to get sued and the legal fees are going to be very expensive; therefore, any reasonably human being would set up multiple layers of complex corporate structures--well, I'm not wholly convinced, for several reasons.

i offered him a free place to stay at another home of mine that is vacant (it doesnt have the modern conveniences but its a free place to stay.i dont know if the tenants are extremely sensitive to dust and airborne particles?
