They have told me that I am well over my limits with my current mortgages as they don't fully count rental income towards cashflow.I am not keen on selling either of my houses as they are both in my plan for long term appreciation and feel like they will go up much more in value if I hold them for a number more years.I know there are a whole selection of success stories on these forums and was hoping someone may have had a similar situation or might have an idea of where to direct me for advice or reading material that can help.

Also they are known to have clear titles and all the required rights for each site.Their stand is we have many more lots which we can bring to market in next few years, We have a reputation in market for being 0 issue plots so minute we put any lot on market there are many developers who show keen interest and with in a month or 2 max deal always gets done on our terms.

I have been looking but all the Multi-families that I have seen are not in areas I want to live and I would like to house hack...My spouse is not keen on living in a multi-family anyways and we want to make sure the kids are not going to have to change school.I'm aware that I am looking at difficulty undertaking in building.

So if there's a property A, worth 500k; and generating 10k cashflow; property B is worth 800k and generating 15k cashflow positive; I'd still go for property B.I didn't include SFH because I don't need to buy a super large house and not be able to rent any part of it (I am not keen renting it room by room or sharing common spaces).

We have experience with the neighboring communities and we're keen on the long-hold potential of this one.. have to be I guess if it's not cashflowing.We just got notice that it appraised for about 13k under the purchase price.
