It seems to be a great place to do RE business!

One thing people get wrong is that they are ok doing a lot of research and due diligence when they do RE investments, they don’t do a fraction of that while investing in equities.

I suspect we both qualify now that I “retired” to do RE and have more time for friends/family and travel. good luck

I’m a completely new to the thought of RE investing but have wanted to do RE in some way for almost 15 years now (and finally have the cash to really make it a reality),My father decided to retire in Maryland Heights and is renting.

I had no idea they do RE closings.

This is because ultimately there are a ridiculous amount of ways to do RE successfully.

What's your alternative for investment if you dont do RE?

After listening to so many different podcasts I realized there are endless ways to do RE investing and I just need to pick one and get started. 

That can be fun in moderation, too.The fact that you do RE all day and still participate in this online forum indicate to me that you might enjoy what you are doing more than you are leading on, too.I'm not interested in any kind of hard just or the sake of hard work and a buck.

They do what they say they do, re-evaluate tenants, evict when necessary, stay on top of market rent, get maintenance scheduled, and will project manage large jobs if needed.
