One thing people get wrong is that they are ok doing a lot of research and due diligence when they do RE investments, they don’t do a fraction of that while investing in equities.

They do what they say they do, re-evaluate tenants, evict when necessary, stay on top of market rent, get maintenance scheduled, and will project manage large jobs if needed.
