What if the partner with the 300K debt is studying to be a doctor, lawyer or engineer and is expecting to land a big job at a big firm in the next 2 to 3 years. 

In my job I work with doctors, lawyers, other business people, who make money at their profession and use the extra to invest in real estate.

When I go to a doctor for surgery -  I like to know how they are rated with patients and there are ways to find out about lawsuits against them or malpractice... normally I use referrals for things like this.  

I gave up -everyone has mine-utilities, credit card companies, NSA, IRS, bank employees, property managers, landlords, doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, car dealers, airlines, DMV, apple, Samsung, etc. really think it’s safe?

Look for grocery stores, doctors, kindergartens, post office, and parks.

Another good source is a doctor or dentist that you know or a business owner.

You can also ask for documentation from a doctor regarding the “service animal.”

Same reason doctors don't (or shouldn't, IMO) sell Vicodin in alley ways... they went to medical school, they don't need to.

Doctor didn't help things by not gathering more details before telling them to get out of the property.The reality is that mold is very often caused by tenants.

I even heard Clayton himself say that lawyers and doctors are moving into his properties.
