I have already green lit the homeowners to go ahead and get ready for the move so the house can be vacant the day of closing.

So I used this:http://www.glidden.com/Color/Paint-Colors/Browns-B...And while I do think it is a good idea to use the same colors in all my units, I am occasionally impulsive and I did a kitchen with this color once, just because I liked it:http://www.glidden.com/Color/Paint-Colors/Greens/1...It's not as dark in the large, well-lit kitchen as it seems on my screen.

There has to be a lit of trust in this type of deal between you and the money partner. 

LED's are great unless you want to dim them.

The existing  building (dims or other specifics) were not specifically mentioned on the Quit Claim Deed other than "tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to said premises"For tax and liability reasons, we want the building to also be property of the holding company, and not just the land it sits on.How iron clad is a quitclaim deed (with the above general terms yet no specific description, to prove that neither the land or the building are in our personal names anymore?
