Clearly this is not the case and thus enabling and engaging the misbehaving party in further dialogue is counter-productive.

@Steve Fitzgerald probably only use multiple agent if you are looking more than 45 minutes away and agents don’t want to travel but I’d still have the open dialogue saying you’re looking with another agent just in an area that other agent is not familiar with
