Was there a problem still after the previous owner did work on it or was it fixed and then deteriorated after the fix? 

For those who invest in commercial real estate, there is high rental performance deterioration in several classes:  Hotels, Senior Living and Retail. 

All that needs to happen is he deteriorates, ends up in the hospital and the hospital refers him to long term care.

Fort Smith has alot of history and unfortunately some of these older buildings are just being left to deteriorate.

Go to the store and buy gas leak test kit.Dish soap can weaken the teflon paste used and actually start to deteriorate the threads to allow the seal to become weaker.

I never thought that I would be able to find deals that weren't on the MLS , it was so deteriorating.

My opinion is to replace it if it is showing signs of deterioration.
