I now know the basics of investing in real estate and how to be a good well rounded agent (the only thing I have invested in is stocks and crypto currency so far). 

I personally like to include something chunky like a coin or a token or paperclip the letter together as opposed to staple.

If you want to close on more deals you need to pony up more coin.

I think Brandon Turner coined "The Stack" of starting with a low number of rentals and slowly building them up over time.  

invest in crypto, I am kidding I dont understand crypto to get into it.I am a new investor too.

@Anthony Testino Perhaps there is opportunity to use crypto assets as collateral / getting crypto backed loans - however, fees high and the usual caveats about crypto etc etc but you usually do not have to sell your crypto to borrowCompanies already doing this/or serving as lending platforms :  SALT, Unchained Capital ,BlockFi
