We paid $425 for a home inspection for our craftsman duplex (about 1500 SQFT).

Micheal I am doing a couple things right now rehabbing a sfh its a craftsman bungalow about 2500 sqft if you include basement which will be finished living space.

Too small for commercial use.My thought is to set it up as an artisan/craftsman/artist manufacturing and retail with living space for them above.

Tradesman InternationalMadden Industrial Craftsman & Labor Ready all 3 large temp agencies in the Seattle area for skilled and unskilled construction workers.  

Like one had a loose foundation block,,,gone,,,2 x 4  roof rafters(90% or more of craftsmans and earlier homes had them)  ,,,gone not enough width where the stool sets,,,gone,,,  Its bad and not getting better.... 

I also considered the "craftsman guides" which are DRM free and work well on mobile devices since they are just PDF.

Invest in a book by Craftsman called Construction Installation Encyclopedia (https://www.craftsman-book.com/craftsman-s-construction-installation-encyclopedia-book-with-cd-ebook-pdf).

Of course, you'd want to match the door to the style of your house, traditional, craftsman, etc.

RSMeans is pretty expensive, Craftsman also has them at about half the price. 

I love this location, I do a lot of flips in this area, and it's a great neighborhood that loves a Seattle craftsman design.
