Lots of cool plans for the long term tenants side and building a glamping/resort.I also fly, but need to get a more capable aircraft to go there more often:)

And you don't want to land 700 feet short of the runway and total a 100 million dollar aircraft.

There have been some employment wins lately with the Woodward expansion in Loves Park, a new call center on State Street, and a aircraft mechanic school at the airport.  

I am thinking of rehabbing this property and I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for a reliable general contractor in the Contra Costa county in California?

Also section 179 was offered on Aircraft I bought 2 aircraft during the day they were 450k and I think I wrote off 90% year one.. but I sold one a few years back and the recapture was a *****.

Hopefully, we're still building aircraft carriers so we can scare the rest of the world, cause we darn sure don't have anything to sell em except for food and raw materials............we're in deep doo-doo.

hey whats going on guys and girls. does any one know anything about tax deeds in contra costa california. if so can you give me an idea on how it works.

Over on my aircraft owners and Pilots forum I am a member of.. some of the bay area pilots are now talking about a bubble etc.. although these guys all own 500k  to 10 million dollar planes.. so they will probably be OK..
