I was ready to conquer the world and even considered some run-down 20+ unit buildings.

Success for me personally would be the point in my life, if ever attainable, where I have conquered myself totally, which will then lead to monetary success which is always an after thought when you are truly successful. 

Just stay away from the major cities that the big hedge funds have already conquered and left the scraps.

Yet you can't let failure break you and that goes for real estate investment or any other industry that you select to conquer / be a part of.

Confuse and conquer, I believe it's called - sometimes it helps to look at a situation very, very squinty-eyed. 

I know that the true source of it comes from pop culture(the news, movies, TV shows, cartoons, music, etc....all forms of brainwashing) divide and conquer is real.....
