Look for an outlet that is closest to the switch that you are turning on, remove the wires to that outlet and then turn the switch back on and test it to see if there is power going to it, turn the switch off and test it again, make sure the power is turn off.

The closest I got to my numbers matching up with the listings was a Trailer Park listed in Montana (I think) where I was within about 20K of asking. 

Also, demand for the areas closest to downtown tends to be highest with prices falling pretty quickly once you get on the other side of Missionary Ridge.  

Education and networking are what i consider to be the 2 most valuable actions you can take, and BP returns these in excess.Some of my now closest friends are people i met on BP.

The closest I've gotten is a really ugly auction buy, which I just sold recently.

No ROI in the adjacent suburban counties. Multi's in the five boro's - maybe? But higher risk (lower income areas)
