Properties that have received Nuisance Citations from the city.

If anyone disagrees with this, then I would urge a citation.

Lots of folks answer with “do it this way” or “do this and not this” but there is very little citation and documented discussion on why that’s the correct answer.

But,, this is Florida and I never herd of police issuing a citation for barking. 

I'm assuming the citations probably have fines attached....

Or another scenario is, they’ll say, here is a list of correction you’ll need to do - well it’s longer than santa’s list, here is a citation and violation fees.

I am not an attorney, so offer layman opinion with citations and experience that reflect my non-legal views.  

But just less than a week after closing, one of my tenants received a citation from the city that said "Must purchase proper permits for conversion of single family dwelling to a duplex."

So now I am having to have someone else pick up the garbage and take it to the dump.I have multiple open citations/warnings about having "x cleaned up" Its usually garbage cans, old furniture, tires, think pretty much anything that is an eye soar.
