In a similar situation, I often see churches in the Baltimore tax sale.

(Yes those guys that call you for the donations that get you a decal from the cops that allow you to run every GREEN light in town)The second was night security/janitor for the Carpenters Home Church.

Sales tax exemption is for those purchasing items for resale, where the sale tax is taken at the point of resale(or for non-profits like churches)You do not collect sales tax when you sell the flip(or flop)

I am currently volunteering with my church's repair and maintenance ministry and learning more skills.  

If you allow a strip club in with a church that rents a unit that might not go well either:) What sort of commercial property is this?

My other properties I have  donated all have been to Habitat for Humans or local Church's in the area's were the properties were located.  

I am very involved in my church and I want to have the freedom to evangelize without worrying about money.

We just put one of our rehab properties on the market a couple of weeks ago, and during the open house yesterday we saw a huge sign across the street on an empty lot owned by a nearby church. 

I frequently attend ones in Falls Church.

It's a reconverted church that will be ready in May 2016.
