A Private Lender (They way I use the term) is a dentist, doctor or businessman that will lend from their pension account.

Yesterday, rather than thinking about how much the hospital costs were going to be, I just felt grateful to the doctors and nurses who took care of my sweet wife and brought my new baby into this world safe and sound.The miracle of life really is amazing.

Fortunately, I worked in consumer credit for a while and could help if it came to that.Talking about selling to people you know, coincidentally, one of the buyers was a local doctor he knew, located 2 blocks away, that wants to buy it to relocate his office.

It may also be a great asset protection tool for those in high-risk professions like doctors.

What if the partner with the 300K debt is studying to be a doctor, lawyer or engineer and is expecting to land a big job at a big firm in the next 2 to 3 years. 

In my job I work with doctors, lawyers, other business people, who make money at their profession and use the extra to invest in real estate.

When I go to a doctor for surgery -  I like to know how they are rated with patients and there are ways to find out about lawsuits against them or malpractice... normally I use referrals for things like this.  

I gave up -everyone has mine-utilities, credit card companies, NSA, IRS, bank employees, property managers, landlords, doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, car dealers, airlines, DMV, apple, Samsung, etc. really think it’s safe?

Look for grocery stores, doctors, kindergartens, post office, and parks.
