It’s bone chilling cold almost no one moves this time of year .

Sounds like the seller is sick of being a landlord and wants to chill and collect that interest payment on his loan.  

This warm air is replaced via exterior cold air which will cool down your house requiring your furnace to operate more often.Tuesday night through Thursday we all will experience temperatures and wind chills that our homes' heating systems are NOT designed for. -20 to -30-degree temperatures with wind chills into -40 and up to -50+.Newer homes will struggle to maintain temperature and older homes will NOT maintain temperature and the temperature WILL drop while the heating system is working at full capacity.1.

As long as your getting paid and they aren’t destroying the place then ya gotta chill .

When I went over to make sure the heat was on before the chill came through, I realized they had locked the glass storm door in the front of the house so my key wouldn't work there and I went to the side door and realized I had a Hillman/Kwikset key on my ring but that the deadbolt lock was a Schlage. 

I will be chilling at my paid for ski house looking for my next  deal while others are being chased by the banks. 

He was a pretty chill guy and I had two other roommates who couldn't stand it when we'd be on the phone with him troubleshooting the water heater or some other appliance and we would inevitably be fixing it for him while he talked us through it.

If you drive through a D-class neighborhood on a weekday, it seems everyone has nowhere better to be than chilling in their front yards or thumping music from their cars.

Until then just chill out about his point of view, his intentions are there and he needs to save face in front of his class or he'll lose control.
