CCIM, SIOR, and all of the other designations you can amass never teach you how to pick up the phone and prospect for leads, track down growing/expanding businesses to convert to clients, how to manage tenants in a retail strip center, or do the myriad of other daily activities required to be a good commercial investment broker/owner.

When it comes down to strategy, center around why you're investing and your long-term goal, but don't stop there, then look at niche strategies that accomplish that.

We also tiled the entire first level because the property is partially built into a hill and this would help reduce moisture issues.We also added a stacked laundry center by the front entrance.
