With property prices, rates, and available software platforms it seems to me self management right now is the only way to save on costs.

To solve this, I built a custom mobile app to handle rent payments and due dates because no other management software can handle the payment schedules or turnover.

Another close friend got all this guys bank statements etc and found hundreds of thousands being wired to casinos right after he received wires.

If you are doing this for accounting purposes, maybe look into some kind of software like Quick Books.

I'm sure there are other software's out there, so just select one and go with it.

They also have tools for on boarding investors.There are property managements softwares to help with property/asset management.There are CRMs that help with capital raising and investor automations.I would not focus on automation right now, but on the business of multifamily.

Learn local landlord-tenant laws, FHA and VA loans, and property management software to streamline rent collection and maintenance.

And I know that the tourism infrastructure (restaurants , activities) has some catching up to do aside from the new casino that is opening up.
