Earning potential and cash flow seems like it would be easier to obtain if the numbers are right.

I understand the policy is to email permitting for updates but after 13 months of permits, 19 months after I sent in $36,000,  I think I've earned another quick phone call.  

My thinking is that by renting to a residential care facility I can effectively utilize all the space, earn above market rent, and help provide a needed service, while avoiding tenant parking jams. 

If you have no idea what is going on with this capital call, then the bias should be "no" until you understand what is going on and believe that is the best possible use of your hard earned cash.
