If I see that just about everything has leased out in under 30 days, and my house is is very nice condition, and my rent will be set at a competitive rate, I know I won't have much issue renting it out.CapEx/Maint: If you're buying a house and completely rehabbing it, you know you can use lower estimates.

It's entirely possible a bank card issuer (like Discover) would use one version, and a mortgage lender would use another version (hence why you might have seen the different scores).Coincidentally, there was just an interesting post on this exact same topic by @Russell Brazil the other day.

In the 1800 house where wire very different (knob and tube wire), you might have bare exposed wires going inside the attic or inside walls from insulators to insulators, very old connections, etc. what if you have cardboard or a animal on top of this wires and you energize them, puff there goes your investments.
