Hey Poonam, I took Rich's masterclass back in July and have been doing private sessions with him as well, I've got nothing but great things to say about him.

If I had a dollar for every time a tenant threatened to sue me I'd be a rich landlor.....uhhhh nvm.

I would love to hear insights from people who are doing higher marketing volumes and what high level strategies are working (I know you can't reveal all your tricks).The truth of the matter, is that since real estate investing and picking up houses for pennies on the dollar, now requires no money (except to pay the guy selling the program), no experience necessary and is guaranteed to make you rich, with little effort and no risk or problems, with immediate results, that now everybody is doing it.  ;-)
