There are over 50 of them all fresh and new for the year in the cabinet along with oils, flours, sugars, some pasta and sauce, etc etc.People love that stuff and those kinds of simple things can set you apart.

When we bought the place in 2020 this whole room was a deep butter scotch yellow with pine wood stairs, cabinets, and massive furniture (see before photos below).

Years ago we did not provide laundry units to tenants, and found that when tenants had to move their own units in and out, they damaged floors, walls, cabinets, hooked the units up wrong, didn't properly install wiring or dryer venting, etc.
