Its a 12 unit building so lets say 2 persons per unit . 60x2=120 a day per unit 120 x 12 units = 1440 gallons Depending on area lets round it up to an even 2000 gallons . 

The area of the land is 26000 square meters possibility to build on it 25 floors.

3 seperate buildings, parceled as 3 seperate addresses so investor can get single family financing on this, is that correct?

@Jason Weidmannit's only solid if:1) you pick a market that you can go to in person and build a team first, and 2) you recognize that RE is a long-term investment, and you may have to wait 5-10 years, or longer, before seeing ANY return.
