Brilliant sir!

I've been reading The Financial Samurai blog lately and he just had a brilliant post that touches on people's mindsets about this topic. http://www.financialsamurai.com/2013/01/04/the-real-estate-investors-mindset/

So, while I don't think this would be a bad deal, and it is tempting because it would be fairly uncomplicated, since it would just basically involve a transfer of title and then renting it out, I think there are probably better deals to be had.

I have never posted here - but research often to help support my learning but really wishing I had a mentor right now to help me navigate this nightmare that I thought I worked so hard to not have happen...I am nervous as an out of state investor and knowing no one with integrity in the area to check on my property....I have already emailed another management company that I found through Bigger Pockets threads, I hope to hear from them tomorrow...but thought I would post to the brilliant mind of BP and see what might come of it.

It got me my first job in real estate as an executive assistant, and I later go to apprentice through a full time salary under a brilliant senior business analyst. i know have a fantastic job teaching me commercial real estate under another fantastic mentor.For $8,000 it has been the ticket that has made me thousands and hopefully some day millions while retiring early.

I haven't done it, yet, but paid storage is something I have always thought was a brilliant idea.
