In a nutshell the premise of the whole book is that TIME is the real treasure, that work is a means to an end, and that your career "what you do" isn't as important as "who you are".He correctly points out that most people don't actually want to be millionaires, but rather they want what they think only a million dollars can provide.Way too many "gurus" make a pretty nice living convincing people they've got to make millions and while people have $ signs in their eyes and are looking at the yachts, and sports cars, and big houses in their inspired dreams, they miss the fact that the gurus are taking them for the few thousand bucks they've got.

I know there is a wealth of information on this site about them, but sometimes I feel a book is nice so you don't have to jump around and you can see other peoples experience with them.

im knew although i have been browsing for some time, ill give you a short history of myself before i explain what i would like to do, Im currently 22 and at the age of 21 i had saved approx 15k for my first home, I had read every investing/mortage/real estate book i could find, before i really started looking, threw family i was introduced to a very respected and succesful real estate broker who has several offices, so i thought it was wierd that he was wasting his time with such (small fish) but he helped me find a forclosure,i bought a 1800sqft house 3 bed 3 bath etc for 112k, it was the ugliest house in a super nice neighborhood.

Whatever the case, i'm sure the book is worth a read

Do a search on him, he also wrote a book I really enjoyed.

It sounds like your deal is a little skinny but the book is worth the price....
