My first road block is getting financing with decent rates.

I'm exploring all options at this point including finishing the home with other builders, as well as selling what has been built (slab and block walls of a single family home 4 bed 3 bath) to another builder or investor.Does anyone have any recommendations on where to look for potential buyers for something like this?

I usually fill out the form like this:1) All open and closed permits on (property address) (lot) (block)Let me know if this helps!

They've already blocked dates off your calendar that you most likely will not fill on short notice.

Yea there’s a whole block of empty lots on S Dover St in Grays Ferry that someone was able to grab for $1 a lot   

According to the IRS guidelines, mobile homes set on concrete blocks and that are always capable of being moved from their sites on their own wheels are considered personal property (5 year).  

The risk is a failed inspection blocks Section 8 payments, so I could miss a month's payment if I don't get the issues resolved by the end of the month.

In some markets, like Cincinnati, you could be within 2 blocks of each other in certain parts of town.
