I'm new to bigger pockets but I'm not new to real estate investing.  

As my wife is a realtor, we’ve helped several people from Bigger Pockets find their second home/STR.

It’s a huge renting point and can help you get bigger rents.

Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too.

It does not seem as important when you get started with one or two, but the issue keeps getting bigger
