This is a hurricane Katrina scale event that I believe will well exceed those costs and downhill economic impacts. 

However, it's a stationary RV and I believe that makes a difference.

I also find it hard to believe the husband can't find a job or they aren't paying partial rent. 

I believe single family homes will appreciate the best, and when you are young you are ok with doing rent by the room to friends or family to assist with the costs.

In my opinion, this is a huge barrier for many new investors- they think they understand value better than a seller might and they try to convince someone their property is worth less than the seller believes it to be- that's a rookie mistake.

I partnered with Build 2 Rent because I believe that it offers the best of all worlds.  

I agree with what Rick stated but believe he intended this for a single ADU in a single family zoned area.  

I believe that the Speedway area is where I would like to look first.
