Wow, defeatist attitudes around here. :) You could find a couple cards with zero percent balance transfer offers and move the balances to them to stop the interest charges.

Problem tenants are always new tenants and are either still on the learning curve or unfortunately they are basically attitude problems that slipped by my screening.

When you do select a applicant, better or not, you simply tell all the rest that their application has not been selected and the unit has been filled.You do have that right to reject on a feeling, appearance, attitude etc.
