I’m exploring the idea of buying a vacation home near Yosemite, which I also plan to list on Airbnb.

During our discussions, we explored goals for growth in an indirect partnership.

I’m currently active on BiggerPockets to connect with like-minded investors, exchange ideas, explore potential opportunities, and provide opportunities through my network to collaborate with others.

I’m actively growing my network, attending meetups, and soaking up as much knowledge as possible.

My main goals with these initial projects are:1.Gaining valuable insights into the local market.2.Getting hands-on experience with out-of-state investing, particularly when it comes to remodels and managing from afar.3.Testing the entire BRRRR process to see if it’s the right strategy for me long-term.If all goes well, I’d love to scale up and explore multi-family projects.

Not sure if that would work, but I am actively looking at options. 

I plan on becoming more active in REI groups both online and locally as well. 

As a real estate agent and an investor, I am on the market daily and explore opportunities for myself and my clients.

I have been narrowing down some markets and trying to explore/research more and network.
