The market isn't going to take off and leave you behind tomorrow--you have time to take this slow and learn, observe, and review offerings without making an investment until you are ready. 

That is my hedge against inflation, and my slow term wealth build.

Can you avoid paying taxes by using some of the cash flow by prepaying/accelerating loan repayment?

I don't see anything slowing down anytime soon.

I’ve continued to get bookings into Dec and throughout the “slow” Jan and February months every year. 

After a little while of this you can slow down and just use the one contractor you have gained a good relationship with and know their numbers on rehabs.

The REA I was with previously didnt seem to think I was a very important customer...slow responses, non-specific answers to my questions, etc.  

One is just a lone guy, super knowledgeable, I just hate how slow he moves.
