Hello BP community ,Looking to get insight/opinion on buy new construction for investment in Washington court house ?

I was based in DC up until three months ago, and she's in DC now!

Cornelius is a city in Washington County, Oregon.

I was looking at a few properties in Washington and EVERYTHING was right there on the tax assessor site easy peazzy.

I'd also look at landlord tenancy laws for WA as I think they are pretty tenant friendly and getting rid of a bad tenant (even one who doesn't pay rent) may be hard.You mentioned you'd profit $130K if you sold it. 

I know in Washington state, unless your licensed plumber or electrician you can't do the work on your own property and sell with in a year.   

CA OR WA AZ NV  etc etc. 

I am looking to move as early as November of this year to get a second property closer to Washington DC (~ 1 hour drive).
