@john mathew....the inspectors generally seem to say to repair them, so they don't get worse....water can get in the cracks and freeze and cause more damage....same with the concrete pops on the post tension cables along the edges...they're normally sealed but the concrete covering pops off.

I don’t know for sure if they have smoked inside or if the smell is just coming back on them or through a door or window In the lease there is a no smoking policy indoors Just wondering how to address this without increasing tension and accusing the tenant of smoking indoors when I don’t know that’s the case
