. :)  That was around a month ago, and since then I have read a lot, listened to multiple podcasts/webinars and of course read books/blogs about investing in real estates :)I live in Sweden which is a little different than USA if you are the owner of a property and renting out.

A perfect example is gay marriage.

My great grandpa came over from Sweden and built his own house in 1910 for his family!!

I would see a "legal mess" stemming from inappropriately choosing a tenant over another (black/white, kids/no kids, gay/straight, the usual bad decisions of fair housing)...treat S-8 folks as a standard tenant really, it's not difficult to get started.What you do need to know is that the S-8 process is SLOW!!!

I also hope covid-19 rebound will be as quick as the drop (there is less anxiety about it, more and more folks are shifting to Sweden approach).
